• Room prices are per room and night, including breakfast.
• For an extra bed we charge € 40,00 per night including breakfast.
• Children in their parents’ bed up to 5 years free of charge.
• On all weekends (Friday to Sunday), public holiday dates (Easter, Ascension Day, Whitsun)
• We do not grant any discounts for single occupancy on these dates. Our list prices apply.
• We are sure you will understand that your room will be ready for you to move into from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
• Our reception is open until 6 pm. If it is not possible for you to arrive by 6 pm.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number. Nevertheless we are endeavored.
• We are also happy to offer you the option of cashless payment with an EC card.
• Our four-legged friends: dogs on request. We charge € 12,00 per night. Without dog food.
• This price is for accommodation only and does not include cleaning.
• If the dog causes an extraordinary cleaning effort, it will be charged separately.
• The cleaning fee is from € 40.00 per night.

It’s a shame when rooms remain free even though others would have liked to come. On the other hand – something can always come up. Our request: Please inform us in good time. We try to be tolerant. Up to 10 days before your arrival date, we will cancel your reservation free of charge. If you cancel at short notice, we will charge 80% of the room price. The same applies to early departures.
